
Steady Mindset Wellbeing is currently focused on providing free wellbeing education and resources to support reflection, awareness, and everyday mental wellbeing.
I am in the final stages of completing a Bachelor of Applied Counselling and am working toward becoming a qualified and registered counsellor in New Zealand. At this time, I am not offering counselling, coaching or therapy services.
Once appropriately qualified and registered, my intention is to offer professional counselling and wellbeing support in a safe, ethical, and evidence-informed manner.
Any future services will:
Operate within the scope of professional training and registration
Adhere to relevant ethical standards and codes of practice
Prioritise client safety, informed consent, and confidentiality
Be clearly differentiated from the educational content currently provided on this site
